Becca Syme is a USA Today Bestselling novelist and has 15+ years of coaching and consulting using the Strengths program. She is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and has seven other Gallup-Certified Strengths Coaches on staff with The Syme Group and the Better-Faster Academy. She is an international speaker and the owner and producer of The Quitcast for Writers. 

The Syme Group, LLC is a consulting business specializing in success alignment, both inside and outside the publishing industry (where we do the majority of our business currently). Our coaches and staff have expertise in entrepreneurship, nonprofits, and business management, and we will consult with individuals or businesses utilizing our years of experience in business, nonprofits, and management. We also coach using the CliftonStrengths™ assessment for individual alignment.
